Working on the launch of our first hotel has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career. Over the last five months, I’ve been deeply involved in setting up operations, designing guest experiences, and building the foundation of something truly special. What I appreciate most is the trust I’ve been given—to make decisions, lead a team, and shape how this hotel will operate. Even with the inevitable project delays, the spirit and motivation within the team remain high. There’s a sense that we’re not just opening a hotel—we’re creating a flagship experience that represents Antharas. I’ve focused on developing a strong team, training with purpose, and setting high standards for service. Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue improving and making sure this hotel not only succeeds but sets the tone for future projects. It’s an honor to be part of something so meaningful.
