This is my first time joining a design company. I’ve learned so many things since the first day. Every task teaches me something new, especially about design. I’ve also learned how to handle workers on-site, check progress, and make sure everything is on schedule and follows the designer’s requests.

The team at Antharas is very helpful and friendly. Even though I’m still learning, they always support me and make me feel like part of the family. I like how everyone works together — designers, managers, and site staff — to make every project a success.

Working as the Technical Lead for Antharas Inc.’s PropTech division has been one of the most fulfilling chapters of my career. From the beginning, I’ve been part of a visionary journey—where smart building management, IoT, and AI are more than buzzwords; they’re practical tools transforming how we interact with our spaces. Together with a team of dedicated engineers and innovators, we’ve built smart systems that drive energy efficiency and reshape property operations in real time. What makes this place truly special is the perfect balance between startup agility and corporate excellence. Every milestone we achieve reinforces my belief that we’re building something truly meaningful, not just for today, but for the future of urban living. At Antharas, I often joke that I’m a magician with one hand in IoT and the other in AI—but in truth, that’s how it feels. My team and I are constantly pushing the boundaries, transforming smart buildings from a concept into an intelligent, responsive reality. As an R&D Project Assistant, my daily life is like being the connector between Malaysia & China teams. 
Although I’m not a techie and directly involved in coding, this role has given me deep exposure to cutting-edge innovations in IoT, AI, and smart buildings. I’ve been with the team every step of the way, from 0 to 1, witnessing the R&D process unfold and actively participating in each phase. It’s like watching technology “come to life” in real-time—exciting and fulfilling! 

In short, Antharas is not only an innovation hub but also a playground for creative ideas, where every day present new challenges, but it’s always full of fun! 

Being a Product Manager at Antharas is like navigating the perfect balance between imagination and execution. Every challenge we tackle starts with a deep understanding of real-world needs—then we translate those into smart, scalable tech solutions. Whether we’re building low-code engines or enabling devices to ‘think’ through edge computing, the goal remains the same: creating meaningful, seamless digital experiences. What energizes me most is our “Space as a Service” philosophy—rethinking how architecture, data, and service all come together to support human needs. Here, innovation isn’t just encouraged; it’s embedded in everything we do. It’s exciting to be part of a team that’s reimagining how people live, work, and connect through technology.

Since joining Antharas as an IoT Product Manager, I’ve had the chance to be at the intersection where tech innovation meets real-world implementation. I’ve worked on bringing smart solutions to life—from concept to deployment—and it’s been an eye-opening journey. Every challenge has pushed me to think deeper, act faster, and grow stronger. What I’ve appreciated most is the trust and autonomy I’ve been given to lead, experiment, and improve. At Antharas, we’re not just building products—we’re shaping the future of connected living. This journey has deepened my love for tech and made me even more committed to using it to create better, smarter environments for everyone.

Working at Antharas as a Technical Architect is both challenging and rewarding. Every day, I lead the team in developing cutting-edge solutions, from IoT systems to AI innovations. It’s all about building practical, efficient, and future-proof technology. The best part? The team! We collaborate closely, tackle challenges together, and find creative solutions to complex problems. Whether it’s optimizing system performance or designing scalable architectures, no two days are the same, but it’s always an exciting journey. If I could describe my time at Antharas in one word, it would be “adventurous”—and not just because of the work. As a Hardware Engineering Assistant, every day feels like a mix of spicy challenges and refreshing victories. Whether I’m choosing components, debugging circuits, or brainstorming with teammates over tea, the energy in our Chengdu office is contagious. We’re a team that finds joy in the process—from late-night coding marathons to spontaneous problem-solving sessions during team outings. Here, technical excellence blends seamlessly with creativity and camaraderie. By the way, could the admin sister apply to book the hotpot restaurant for the next team-building event? After all, we need a full stomach to conquer the next technical challenge!

Since joining Antharas, I’ve truly experienced a team culture that values both technology and collaboration. The Chengdu office is full of energy, where my colleagues and I work rigorously on code quality and promote collective growth through technical sharing. My daily work involves collaborating with both product and backend teams, especially in areas like multi-end adaptation and performance optimization. The supportive atmosphere is one of the highlights—whether tackling challenges during iteration cycles or jumping in to handle urgent tasks, everyone works closely with a goal-oriented mindset. Antharas also fosters team-building through regular activities, creating a space for us to bond outside of work. Here, the focus is on collaboration, and the results speak for themselves as we weave value through code together.

Since joining Antharas in May last year, almost a year has passed. Together with my teammates, we’ve gone through numerous brainstorming sessions and project challenges, successfully overcoming the initial adjustment period. Along the way, each of us has showcased our unique strengths, and it is this determination that has allowed us to grow and steadily move closer to our dreams. 
In March this year, I was fortunate enough to spend a week at the Antharas office. The team atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, and I truly enjoyed working with such focused and warm colleagues. I look forward to contributing my strengths at Antharas and working with the team to create an even brighter future.

I work as a development engineer at Antharas, where I am primarily responsible for both front-end and back-end development. Working here is truly enjoyable—everyone has the opportunity to focus on what they are good at and passionate about, and the atmosphere among colleagues is very harmonious. I believe that code is not just a set of cold instructions; it’s the bridge that connects to users’ pain points. In the future, I look forward to continuing to explore the implementation of IoT and AI in complex systems, using better technology to create smarter and more user-friendly digital experiences. 

As an application development engineer at Antharas, my journey has been both challenging and rewarding. I focus on Java, Go, and Android development, with each project pushing me deeper into the potential of technology. Serving as an algorithm engineer at Antharas has been a journey full of challenges and innovation. By leveraging algorithms to enable machines to recognize images, I contribute to strengthening the smart security defense for property management. The strong technical atmosphere and close collaboration within the team continuously inspire me, allowing me to implement cutting-edge algorithms and contribute to the advancement of smart property security. This has been a fulfilling experience, bringing a deep sense of accomplishment.

I joined Antharas at a pivotal time, just as it was transitioning into a development-driven company. Five years into my role as a designer at Antharas, I’ve come to appreciate not just the work we do, but the resilience of the people around me. A Company creates an environment whereby we are encouraged to develop our skills continuously and expanding of knowledge, not limited to reinvent or rediscover ourselves through self improvement seminars provided by the management from time to time. Over the years, the mentorship and encouragement to us is valuable.
