Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen the Antharas brand and drive project awareness.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, events, and traditional media.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and sales, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs, providing actionable insights.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and external agencies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
